We decide to cover our patio pergola with retractable glass door, the outcome has SURPASS our expectations. 5 start to the product excellent quality and also to the amazing team behind the scenes very professional, knowledgeable and helpful thank you Mr Neto, Mr Araujo, Mr McNeal and of course to our salesperson Mr Thoms. Now we are enjoying the outside even on rainy, stormy or cold days. I strongly recommend this Company and product

We had our patio covered with a translucent cover so that we wouldn't block out natural light from our kitchen window. The acrylic covering has tube like cells. I specifically asked if insects could get into the individual cells. I was assured that they would not. We have been very happy with the deck cover, except for the many, many insects that have found their way in.My husband phoned to speak to a representative, who was quite rude to him, and wanted to charge us for a service call.The design and installation are excellent, but we are disappointed with the insect issue and customer service, especially considering the cost of the cover.

Lumon company must be great They have Sale Guy Bret who wants to sell privately so he can alter the layout in order to make money. Unfortunately I am the one who suffers. We were expecting to get full glass he insisted to add wood in the bottom to get extras.Bad part is Lumon don’t have any control on these Sale Guy. Now we have moisture in the glass enclosure. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. DO NOT DEAL WITH BRET. I was expecting Lumon to fix my issue. But. I am in a limbo. I always give good Reviews for businesses. But Lumon please take care of your customers this is my only negative Review.Best of luck.

The Lumon Retractable Glass Wall enclosure system so vastly improves on the sunroom concept that anyone with a view worth preserving must consider this solution. Not only will your gaze not be interrupted by distracting mullions but the retractable panels mean you can maintain a true open air experience in your indoor/outdoor space. We self-installed our wall enclosure with 10 mm glazing and appreciated the sophistication of the design, the quality of the materials and with a few adjustments the smoothness of operation. Joash Pleiter on the sales side was solution oriented and Mike Vanderveen on the design/install was invaluable from start to finish. Update: All issues were rectified this summer 2023.2022I want to give a five star or even 4 but I cant. Love the product but the company needs to have quality control inspection after installation and to own up to fixing the shortfalls.Before the installation date they called said the frame is bent and they will be delayed because the factory will not accept us to install a bent frame. This is fine by me.2 days later they show up in extreme weather and install.No caulking done or poor caulking in many areas.They came twice because there were trivial issues and fixed them, so I acknowledge that they came.But I always complained about the space between the doors and somehow I was acknowledge yet dismissed and no one showed up since April. Now I have snow inside where the doors meet.If they were dealing with a male instead of a female, would they have taken this more seriously??? Very disappointed.Just need someone to tell me if they see snow between their frameless doors please.

Wonderful people to deal with and a beautiful product. Salesman Steve followed up with me on all my concerns and the installation crew Colin and Brandon were fantastic. Installation manager Jim who oversees all the installations is very approachable. I really encourage everyone to look at this company for their install.

Our Lumon sunroom was installed in March and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We love the craftsmanship and quality of the materials. The design of the room feels very elegant yet minimal enough to make you feel as if you’re outdoors.Thank you to Beata for answering all my questions and giving valuable insight and recommendations to ensure we had the ideal room we wanted. The installation was smooth and everyone we met working at Lumon were friendly and professional.I’ve had no issues with the sunroom even through some severe thunderstorms and snowstorms. I highly recommend this company!

We have just had our sunroom completed and couldn’t be happier with it. We have not had a lot of chance to use it yet as it was installed a week ago during the coldest days we’ve had this winter but we can see how it will extend our outdoor living space by months. We recently had our deck enclosed with glass panels. We can now control the wind as we are in a windy location.Rain no longer affects our outdoor activities. We expect to get 3 season use of our deck. It is everything we expected it to be and the Lumon personal we great to deal with. Scott McGregor was very helpful in our design and kept in contact from start to finish.
