I was very pleased with the attention of the receptionist! She was very sweet & couldn’t have been any better. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names, but the hearing specialist was awesome as well. They both made my day. It’s not often you get a receptionist that is friendly & kind these days. I loved that they both had a sense of humour. When I visited this location, I was a few minutes late, and the professionalism and positive reception of the staff was wonderful. My hearing doctor was extremely enthusiastic, and it was obvious that she enjoyed her career. This made my day!! The actual testing process was a breeze, and I really felt like I was ‘heard’ ,(pun intended).

My dad is visiting us from another country. His hearing aid he had been wearing for several years stopped working suddenly. We went to HearingLife to get a new one, but Melissa at HearingLife fixed the old one. That saved us lots of money. We are so happy. Thanks Melissa.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that Emma and Zobrina showed me at my hearing test and resulting fitting of hearing aids. Emma explained everything from start to finished and in language that I could understand!! They both made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process as I was very nervous about the whole thing. I would give this office 5 Stars!!!!! Thank You ladies for all you do!!!

Called and they got me in for an aviation hearing test within 24 hours. Clinic is located in a very convenient location with ample parking and easy single floor access unlike some of the clinics in the bigger medical buildings with terrible parking. Staff was prompt, courteous and very professional I would highly recommend this clinic for any of hearing needs.
