I attend here occasionally to buy the odd pet product. What I didnt know, and now I really love, is that I can wash my dog here!All supplies are included. I will be attending more often now for this alone.

4.5 out of five. We went in about 20 minutes before closing. We (dogs and I) got a welcoming hello. Store was clean and well organized. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is there was only one person to n staff. But, this is in Aldergrove, where everyone knows everyone?

Only bathroom say staff only". How rude. If a customer has to leave to go to the bathroom

Great place. A little expensive but there aren't a lot of options in Aldergrove for pets. Lots of selection. They allow pets in the store. I haven't brought my cat in for a visit yet. I used to take him to petsmart and he would ride around in the shopping cart. This place doesn't have carts so it may be a little more difficult. I like to let my cat pick out his own toys. The staff is really friendly. There always seems to be at least 2 or 3 people working so there's lots of help if you need it.

Very helpful, walked in and 5 minutes later walked out with a softcone for my puppy to replace the awful had one that we got from the vet. Much more comfortable and less stressful for your pet. May not be suitable for all dogs, really depends on individual pups!
