Refresh Carpet Cleaning Langley

Beautiful job done on our carpets and toddler peed on mattresses.It's beautiful and the professional attitude, kindness towards us was so appreciated. He really took his time and put his care into it. I don't post reviews often but this really deserved it.

A very polite man named Nate called 2 hours before the appointment to confirm. He was prompt and early to arrive. He asked me before he did anything from entering my house onward. He wore booties and protected all my wall corners and furniture. The work was thorough and quick. Nate was understanding of my extremely yappy dog (that I kept out of his way). He made sure I knew how to care for my carpet and couch after he cleaned it and how to air it out to dry. He made sure I was happy with the work and it looked great! Nate was friendly and had a smile on his face the entire time. The price was fair and the receipt was detailed. They even called the next day to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Refresh!

Nicolas and I think his name was Sev were prompt (in fact early!!) They were super friendly and professional. Nicholas immediately reassured me that he could clean our wool carpet that our granddaughter had been sick on. We had very carefully dabbed up the mess but stains remained. Being a wool carpet you can’t just soak and scrub it or it gets ruined.We are happy with the result and would recommend Refresh Carpet cleaning and Nicolas to take care of your carpet; even the tough stains on your new expensive wool carpet!!!

I also had a dog diarrheapocalypse upstairs and called Refresh Carpet cleaning. I figured while I was at it, I might as well get all the carpets done. They sent Big Mike out. He worked a miracle on the upstairs and on the years-old nasty stains in my basement and on my stairs. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes! Plus he was so nice and very professional! I highly recommend this company and Big Mike in particular. Amazing job!
