Dr. Kimmy Goyal has been my doctor for many years and is also my children’s doctor. I have to say that she is professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and goes above and beyond. She’s recommended specialist if it’s been needed, she’s up to date with information of hospital visit and diagnosis and makes sure everything gets checked out. I’ve seen her include my my son as a helper by holding a bandaid while she was giving my baby a shot. Most recently my baby was going through some issues, she was up to date with all the information and she took the time to ask me how I was doing and coping with everything. That gesture meant so much to me.

Hello i visited this clinic in march and that time i meet Dr. Vijitha Sivakumar she was such a nice and calm doctor she listened to my problems properly. But this time she was not there so i meet unfortunately Kimmy goyal for the first time after waiting for 2 hours and she is the rudest doctor i ever met in my life i was sharing my problems with her and she interrupts me in between and said you have to come back next day if you have one more problem to discuss about it also she said you can also go to another doctor no issue she is such a lady full of attitude and also leaves the room while i was talking. So, i will suggest everyone please don’t go to this clinic its such a wastage of your time. They only want to charge us through our health card so that they can make money. They doesn’t care about their patients. Please don’t go there.

Kimmy Goel❗️Very Bad experience with her. She don’t know how to talk with patients. She is very rude. She is a doctor she has to be polite but the way she talk horrible. I will never come to this clinic and never suggest any body to visit to this clinic. They should fire her. Every single bad comment is for her.

I would give it no stars if I could.My 23 month old daughter has had a fever on and off for a week now. We called this office yesterday evening and they advise they open at 10am tomorrow and to come at 9:45am to sign in and the doctor should be able to see her quickly. My husband took her all the way over there today in her stroller in the cold bc we didn't have a car and Sukhman (the receptionist) said sign in starts at 8:45 and to come back at 12:15pm. We cannot come back at that time and that's not what we were told the evening before when we called (we called them 3 times yesterday evening). She literally sent my daughter home sick and she couldn't see the doctor. When I found out about this I called to speak about the incident, Sukhman refused to give me the employees names that were working the evening before AND wouldn't even give me the name of the Manager. This place is terribly run, employees know nothing and have very poor training. Sukhman advised she would not provide the Managers name but I can come in to speak with her. When I said fine I am coming in to speak with the Manger she said actually she's not in today she will be here tomorrow. This place is completely unprofessional and frustrating.No resolution - we will be reporting this place.

I went to this clinic for the first time. After waiting for one hour I met with Dr. Kimmy Goyal. She is very rude and full of attitude. She is in rush and interrupts me while I was explaining my problem and I ask if I can ask you one more thing she said we are done talking and walks away. Please Do not go there find someone else. They only see you for one problem at a time and you have to come back for another.

Worst doctor Kimmy Goyal I have ever experienced she is in a rush to assess your problem and does not actually take the time to assess issue properly resulting in asking you to come again so that she can charge your health card again. I highly suggest asking for another doctor outside of her who seems ignorant and not willing to listen to the patient who is ill. It is terrible that after driving so far I had such a terrible experience. Cannot recommend at all.

Doctor took his time to examine me. Referred me to two specialists. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Looks like there is some problem , Front desk girls always says you can’t meet Dr. Ankush because dr.ankush said that . They always says Hor nu mil lo .. like why should we? And why doctor will say that - that he don’t want to meet the patient? We waited hours to get appointment and this is told by from front desk. Girls said Dr. Ankush said from his mouth.

Dr Ankush Goyal is an amazing doctor. He’s been our family doctor for 5 years now. Lovely front staff as well, specially Ms Inder and Saru.

Hey, i visited this clinic earlier and had the chance to meet Dr. Vijitha Sivakumar, she was great and listened to my motor vehicle accident injuries carefully. Now, the issue is that i visited Kimmy goel for the first time unfortunately and she said on my face that “I don’t think you are in pain” even though i mentioned to her that I’m in lot of pain. How the hell a doctor can say this to a patient! To add, She kept interrupting me while i was trying to explain my injuries. Speaking of her attitude, she doesn’t deserve to be a doctor to be honest. Why was she even rushed even though the clinic was empty with barely one patient. Please do better and show sympathy to your patients!
