James did a fantastic job servicing my septic, adding a D-box and risers to my buried tanks. He noticed several issues I had and was upfront and honest with his recommendations and the prices were fair for each line item. He did a great job getting my lawn back to good shape after he had to do some digging. He was on time, had great communication and was very accommodating to my renters. Recently had a septic emergency due to an overflow via water intrusion into my tank due to heavy snow. After getting my septic pumped via Warranty Septic, the pumper noticed a number of issues that needed to be corrected quickly. They recommended James at the top of their list (they gave me three names). I called James first and he promptly arrived and diagnosed the situation. James didn't take advantage of my septic crises, he calmly walked me through everything that was needed and took care of long over-due maintenance including installation of three new water-tight risers and a new, high-end filter to extend the life of my drain field (my previous filter was 20+ years old and failed). He also thoroughly inspected my system, finding that my tank float has long past failed (even though my tank alert light was showing green and the alarm worked, giving me a false sense of security). He didn't nickel-and-dime me as things came up. That inspection alone paid off in spades and helped to ensure everything was perfect. He even filed updated paperwork with the county. This is all deferred work I've been putting off for 15+ years. I even double-checked his material prices compared to what homeowners can get via the web and he was way better.James went above-and-beyond my expectations. The finished job site looks way better than original (see pic - note it's been raining so dirt is wet). Heck, he even hosed off my asphalt to ensure he didn't track any dirt on the driveway. It's good to know there are good, honest people like James out there that don't take advantage of people. James is forever on my speed dial for anything septic in western WA. I won't use anyone else. He is HIGHLY recommended.

I would highly recommend this company for your septic repairs, inspection, and maintenance. I was in the process of selling my home when water damage slowed me to a stop. I needed help to repair my septic alarm and reinspect my system to complete my sale and James was such a great help. He was reliable, honest, and responsive and helped me handle all of the repairs and inspection paperwork needed for my sale. It is difficult to work with people when you are away from your home but James made the whole process easier and he was great to work with.
