My partner and I were first-time home buyers this year and had a lot to learn about the housing market. Chris consistently took the time to explain the process to us in a way that was friendly and accessible. Although we sometimes felt overwhelmed, during each step of our home buying process, we could always turn to Chris to answer our questions, even the questions that we didn't know we should ask. Mr Chris Hoage has been wonderful and amazing in our experience of buying our first home. I guess you could say the buying part is the easy part, it’s the management of the emotions that’s hard. Chris was always available day or night, he was always just a text away. When we needed the craziness shaken out of us he did a great job at that. When we were driving around all of the city, and outter towns even if he knew the house we were going to see wouldn’t be a fit he agreed to take us anyways. His knowledge of real estate was astonishing! He knew the market inside and out! Even after we bought he still kept us updated on what we needed to know. Our move day from our previous property got very screwed up in a hurry! Chris was all over that, his professional mannerisms, his gentle demeanour, helped us make it through the day. The day that turned into moving day, we couldn’t arrange what we needed to do he was at our house unloading the moving truck! Yes that’s right our real estate agent was now our strength while unloading trucks. He knew right what we needed and what needed to be done! I would say this is not a regular occurrence, but because everything go so screwed up we were screwed and he knew it. So he came and lended a hand unloading the moving truck.Chris is one of a kind!Highly recommend!

Chris is wealth spring of knowledge when it comes to buying a home.
