My spouse and I had a Zoom meeting with Mike Mangaoang. He went over our policy and was very clear explaining everything for us. He answered all our questions. We feel he has been the best AIL rep. that we spoken to since we first purchased our policy.Thanks so much Mike.

Truthfully, this company seems very disorganized. The have been delaying many thing as the company under goes updates. With that being said they have been very poor with communication. As a client, it took me near 4 months to get in contact with the guy I was dealing with. Tanner Duy, seems to know what he is doing in terms of taking our money but seems to lack skills with fully explaining, following up and being professional. I am not impressed with how things were handled after I expressed my frustration. Be aware of this if you decide to get involved with this company.

I cannot speak for the company products, but I can speak for their customer service. For over two years they continuously send me someone else’s statements. When I send the mail back with “no longer lives here”, “return to sender”, “moved” they appear to ignore that. I have called them on several occasions; speaking to several representatives. They all assure me that it will stop and yet every month, without fail, I get a complete strangers statement. I would never want to associate with this company: I would be worried my personal information who would be sent continuously to another complete stranger.Edit: I called the number associated with one star reviews. I got a hold of a very friendly woman. The only downside to this conversation was that according to her their computer system won’t allow them to remove my address from their system until they can contact the policy owner, (whose number doesn’t work, whose alternate address cannot be found, and whose email goes I replied to) and get a new forwarding address. Unless they find him I will forever be getting a strangers mail.

I had a meeting with Michael, and he was very informative and professional! I was thoroughly impressed, not to mention surprised I could secure insurance in my comfortable price range.

I applied for the insurance after meeting with Alex and Bennett. I immediately asked to withdraw my application due to unforeseen costs that I had to cover. They confirmed that I will be able to get a refund (in March/April). The money was already deducted from my account and continued to be dedcuted for the next 2 months (over $300). I have been following up and getting no answer about the status of the refund. Of course they'll charge you even before the application is processed and take forever to refund...HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will ensure to never give them any business going forward.

Our hosts were delightful to work with - articulate, professional and bright! The time went by very quickly.I suggested to Michael and Megan that a list of all that was to be discussed in terms of being prepared. I apologize for all the searching and time it took to locate some of the information. Both hosts were patient and encouraging. Thank you for this service.

Rhea Lynch was great. She explained the packages and benefits in great detail. She took the time to answer my questions fully.

My experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. Mike was a salesman for sure. He said he have premium taken out on the 7, I said I needed more time as I wanted to look at my current policy, I agreed to the 17th, he said ok, and before we hung up he said he will change. I didn't and wasn't heard. They took the money out on the 7, I emailed Rea again to have policy cancelled and money returned, she said she would look into, weeks later no response, oh but the policy has arrived!!! They just want to sale.

Cody contacted us today regarding our policy which we bought 4 years ago. Luckily we have not needed to use any parts of policy but it is comforting knowing it is there. Cody has a very professional attitude and is not pushy which we appreciate.We are glad that he checked up on us and our plan.
