Finally free of this Mgmt company. Steer clear of this one. If you are signed with them, keep an eye on your books. They are not thieves, they are just useless at the books. Long waits for answers to emails, if at all, and really no concern for thorough management. Constant lack of responsive comunication in any form. Really, the main skill needed for the job is that of an Administrative Assistant, and that is non existent in this company.

Will never again live in a property managed by these people. Can’t get through on the phones, takes days for a call back. Every other month they have some stupid inspection where they need you to be home, always scheduled for a weekday, and can never seem to offer an idea of what time. So you essentially have to take a full day off work to sit around and wait for them. Alternatively you can drop off a key but they are too incompetent to store it so you need to pick it up the next day or else they just throw it out. Not sure what I’m even paying for since nothing is actually fixed or taken care of.

Terrible staffing and management. I’ve let the manager know countless times about the laundry machines being broken and packages being stolen in the lobby. And no care and no reply from concise strata. Concise strata also charges much to homeowners considering the landscapers don’t do their job and we get nothing for paying these fees. The elevator does not work half the time. It has been postponed for another seven months to getting fixed.
