This is the worst service I had. It’s being since November that I beings waiting to have my kitchen doors. My kitchen doors cabinets, the material was peeling away. I call on November. They decided to do them again. When I ask if all the doors, they said “yes” all the same orde as 6 years ago. 6 years ago we had them do 2 kitchen and 4 bathrooms cabinets. So we only had a issue with one of the kitchen. Without sending someone decided to do the hold thing ummm bizarre. Obviously the had a issu. In March finally the company that those the install comes with the cabinets doors. To my surprise, only 28 doors were made. We’re are the 8 others? After a few call, they decide to send a representative which they should in the first place. He came and left with a door but told me that he wasn’t sure they will. So no arguments to do 28 but you are arguing for the remaining 8? We’re supposed to have a 12 year guarantee. Your supposed to give me the same product (which those not look the same and there is a difference of colour with the ones they are not changing). Really, what kind of service is this. I did not pay 10 000$ my kitchen but Over 30 000$ plus the other kitchen and the 4 full bathrooms and no matter how much you pay, the after service that you give to your clients it’s what matters. You reputation depends on that! This is not acceptable specially not having communications with your customers. I will definitely never recommend this company and never used them again. I made my comment short but I when true a lot more…this is unbelievable!
