Dont use this travel agency, specially dealing with the name Lynn Sanchezand Lucelle they both working on this travel agency. Specially lucille she have a very bad attitude, she thought she owns the world. I have a very bad experienced on this travel agency, and I never never recommend this agency at all. specially to all fellow filipinos. they dont even know how to handle the customer concerns. They not even deserve to get one star at all. I think they dont need the business, I wonder why these kind of people let them work specially in travel agency. Please.... Gave us wrong information for the flight. Ended up arriving way too early and the gate wasn't even open to take our checked baggage... Not very satisfied.
