I had a custom made queen size boat mattress made at this location and I can't say enough good things about it! Not only was it a perfect fit but also high quality foam and workmanship. Excellent!I dealt with Dawn from day one and let me tell you that she is not only extremely professional and knows her stuff but also cares about her customers and finished product.I would HIGHLY recommend this store as Dawn's customer service and workmanship is second to none!! Great job!! A++++

We needed a solution quickly and Dawn at the Foam Shop helped. My husband needed a cushion to add some lift so he could get up from a chair more easily since receiving new prosthetic legs. Dawn had what we needed and had some good suggestions as well. Thank you Dawn and Foam Shop Poco!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!This place is extremely expensive for very cheap quality products.I went in for a very small custom size foam mattress 69x50". I was quoted 590 dollars plus tax.I then did more research and found another store called M&M sponge. The quality is actually better then the foam shot and they ONLY CHARGED ME $290 dollars plus tax."

Dawn was amazingly helpful - she is very knowledgeable and honest. The Foam Shop sells good products without alot of hype and nonsense and at a good price. We've purchased mattresses more than once and will be back.

The lady who runs this place is super nice. She allowed my dog in the shop. She gave me several options of material and foam. I got this nice window seat made for my pooch.

The very 1st time I went there was to get them to size down a queen mattress from queen size to double The lady didn't want to take no money for the service as much as I wanted I never have any service done from professional for free I bought one mattress later on and on my way to buy one more this morning. People in store very down to hearth I have no problem commending them

BUYER BEWARE: Cant return ANYTHING, not just foam products like it states on the receipt. Bought a adhesive. Didnt use it, returned to store. Lady behind desk had zero cares. Just pointed at sign saying no returns. Asked for head offices contact information, told me they wont do anything about it. TERRIBLE costumer service! Will never step foot in store agian or recommend to anyone ever!
