Needed a tire and a Jack after we woke up at the flying J. They were already closed but helped us out anyway!!! Much appreciated.

Took my 2021 truck here to get winter tires put on my existing rims. I should have turned around when I got there, this place is a disaster! He managed to scratch 3 out of 4 rims while removing and installing the tires. These rims have been scuffed before when Ford did it, but here they got large scratches.At the end he tells me next time I should take it to Boyer GM as they have a tire machine that wouldn’t scratch them. WHY wouldn’t you tell me this BEFORE you did the work where you knew you were going to scratch them.Back wheels have a vibration so they weren’t balanced well. His “assistant” threw two of my new summer tires in his junk pile around back.The guy doing the work was a nice guy and all, but man did I ever make a mistake.
