INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I would Not recommend getting even your lawn mower tuned up here. I brought in my motorcycle rims and tires for a simple tire change and the service department caused $750.00 of damage. The service manager told me that they would take care of the damage to get me out of the door but did not respond to my emails when I requested reimbursement to repair the damages. . Do not trust the mechanics or the service manager. Take my advice and deal with Yamaha dealership in Parksville or Victoria before dealing with this level of incompetence and mistrust from the entire service department.

If you are considering buying a brp product please feel free to call me this place is the absolute worst me and several of my friends have had the joy of dealing with there service department and being out of quads seadoos and sxs for months and months just recently I got to take my 2021 rxp limited for the first ride of the season at the end of last season it filled up with salt water after on 30 hours and then it took 3 months to get it repaired and all I said to myself was that I was happy that happen in our short summer a d now here I am first ride of the season and I am sitting on a beach on mayne Island with a seadoo again full of salt water stuck do not let this be you !!!!!!

I came in as I was needing full kit for my motorcycle safety class coming up next week. Dave helped me out with absolutely everything and put me at ease. He told me about what he likes and what his wife likes, as well as some tips for different gear. He helped me make confident choices with sound advice. I bought a helmet, jacket, pants, and gloves and I will most likely be back for more help once I'm done my course.

Extremely rude staff thinking they know everything yet ordering the wrong parts ! The woman had some horrible attitudes and seemed to know nothing about any machine ... Super unprofessional ! You can order all the parts they can from online for literally Half Price! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

These guys are always curtious and helpful....all departments. They made my recent ATV purchase and customizations a breeze. Such a breath of fresh air after dealing with SG Power for several years. Even if you don't live close, it's worth the drive.
