Kelly's Propane

We installed a back up generator this fall and needed a propane tank and service to power it. From first contact through final tank fill-up, Kelly’s was a pleasure to work with. Scott visited our site very quickly after we contacted him and took us through service and location options. From there, he and the Kelly’s team made sure our new tank arrived in advance of the generator install and that our tank was filled promptly ahead of a large winter storm arrival. That storm had our new system running for 3 days straight ... less than a week after our tank was filled ... and it worked perfectly. Thanks to everyone at Kelly’s for getting us set-up so quickly and easily.

January 11, 2020I’m adding a new review on Kelly’s.I noticed a smell as I passed our propane tank. I called Kelly’s and within an hour they had a technician at our location out in the country (on the Coldest day we have experienced this year). He discovered that we had a small leak, fixed it and checked that all of our propane appliances were in good working order after he replaced the part on the tank that had failed. He was professional and very respectful. We are so pleased we chose Kelly’s to manage all of our propane needs over the years. They have always responded quickly and their staff is very professional. Definitely a good choice when selecting a company’s to work with.MarilynWe decided to move our propane tanks to across to the other side of our home not only for convenience of filling also so we could increase some perennial gardens. We also thought a larger tank would probably look better than the two tanks we had originally. Kelly’s who we have dealt with for years had Scott come out to review the location. He made excellent observations and recommended alternate options for placement. We agreed on placement and new tank sizing. He made arrangements to schedule the change. Kelly’s technicians arrived with the new tank in just a week and a half and had it in place and connected in a couple of hours. We have had excellent service from the girls at the Bancroft office. Hayley and Heather are always helpful in answering any questions that we may have. Delivery is always on time and the driver is very friendly. We would give them five stars for everything that they do.

Kelly's has been our propane delivery source for the last 11 years. Their service has always been timely even during the coldest, high demand times. They have now installed a new larger propane tank to handle more appliances. We have been customers of Kelly's Propane for 14 years and their customer service is second to none. The office staff is fantastic and last year, when we installed our generator, their salesman was great to work with.Our generator has been going non-stop since about 2 pm on Saturday, May 21, 2022 (it's now 2 pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2022) and we placed an online order for delivery at 9 this morning because we aren't expecting power to be restored until 11 pm on May 25. The driver pulled into our driveway before 2 pm today.Thank you, Kelly's Propane, for always putting your customers first.

Kelly's delivered propane for 7 years to an EXPIRED TANK... It is against the law to fill a tank which is expiredl.... They not only broke the law they jeopardize my family. With filling the tank for 7 years unlawfully

Our family installed a propane system about 4 years ago in our new log cottage. We heard that Kelly's Propane was the company to contact and have a new tank installed along with ongoing delivery service. We have been very pleased with the ongoing service that Kelly's Propane has provided and does so regularly and consistently. The service provided by Kelly's Fuel is excellent and very dependable.
