Great place super friendly took good care of my car

I had a flat tire on the hwy 16.The service was fast, professional and the rates were reasonable.Thank you for your excellent work.

Contacted this company today as they had towed my mother's car at 3:37am this morning. After waking up at 4am this morning to a missing car, calling to report it stolen only to find out it was involved in a hit and run in front of my house and towed, all she wanted were the items inside. The police gave us a paper to take to central towing for the vehicle to be released immediately. After calling the number we were told this 'company' had no one available to come help us get mom's things. The window is smashed out and the whole back end of my mother's 14 month old new car is completely open and exposed to the elements. My father's wallet is inside, his only winter jacket (that my mother spent $300 on), and other items that are now exposed to the elements and the three extremely large dogs running around their yard. After all the stresses of this morning, this company had zero compassion, zero sympathy, and a complete lack of customer service skills. An awful experience made worse because of this service.

One month ag, they towed my vehicle to their lot after the person who was driving it, wrote it off. They were extremely helpful and very kind to me. I appreciate all their efforts.

I hit a deer. Dispatched was clear and to the point . They got to me when they said they would. Friendly driver and they carry a debit machine with the driver. Satisfied with my care.

A week ago, I hit the ditch after a semi passed me. White out conditions, I called at 5:24 pm to get a tow out of the ditch, they said 40 minutes. Got a call back from them letting me know that the guy was doing some jobs in lloydminster and that he would be another 30 minutes. Didn't hear back from them until called aback around 7:30 pm. The dispatcher said he should be there shortly and that the roads were bad. The tow truck finally showed up around 8 p.m., and I was able to get out of the ditch .

Amazing staff. Very quick and got me into my car fast. Definitely recommend these guys if ur in Lloydminister!!

Only spoke to Tracy on the phone. Very personable.

avoid this business at all costs and if you are forced to use them record phone calls as the will use shady practices to take more money from you

I had a real bad experience with the receptionist..went in to ask questions and she gave me attitude / nastiness...
