Smith's Gardening Service LTD

I have had the privilege of working with Smiths Gardening Service for the last 2 years and it has been such a breath of fresh air! Smiths is currently maintaining the landscaping, irrigation and snow removal at various commercial shopping centers and condominium communities within the city of Calgary, and town of Okotoks. I am very happy to have Smiths looking after our assets!

I am so upset by this service. They arrived at my condo at 7:15 this morning and start using leaf blowers outside my window. Ok, fine. The noise bylaw starts at 7am on weekdays, kind of rude to start using such loud equipment so early but I can deal because they aren’t breaking any laws. At about 8:45 (an hour and a half into this noise waking me up), I let my dogs out to go to the bathroom. Your landscaper walks over to my lawn and starts leaf blowing (my bare, no grass) lawn! Why? Why not wait until I’m back inside safely with my animals? Your landscaper scared my pets this morning and didn’t even apologize when I asked why he felt the need to do my lawn right now as I’m standing on it. I’m so angry from the disrespect from this company this morning. Do better.

Smith's Gardening Service built our fence for us this spring. Travis was excellent to deal with. He was really quick to get back to us with any questions we had and maintained very good communication with us throughout the job. The landscapers were very friendly and consistently checked in with us to make sure that we were happy with the work being done. We were very happy with the work that was completed for us.

We got our Fences, Sod & Stone and Deck completed by Travis Smith's Team. Smith's team went above and beyond in terms of the service rendered. I was really impressed with the work and their workmanship ; they were impeccable. I would blindly recommend him for any of your garden services. Their team is really good at what they deliver, both from a time, and cost perspective. They went the extra mile to get our new home ready in time for us to enjoy the Spring , Summer and before the rains kicked in. 100% great Customer service, Travis goes the extra mile, very honest and provides great insights and personalizes based on you and your Garden's needs. I am currently working with Smith's Gardening Service for both business and my residence. They maintain the landscape/irrigation, parking lot clean up and snow removal at my business. More recently Smith's has been doing my residential spring clean up. Travis and his team are professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Work is preformed in a timely manner and I appreciate their consistency in a job well done! I would not hesitate to recommend Smith's to anyone looking for these types of services.
