Ninja Delivery

Been ordering from these guys since before they even had an app! I loved the start-up feel it used to have, but like any new business, it has some kinks to work out, hence not 5 stars.Pro: They are willing to fix their mistakes, they are cheap, they are fast, they seem friendly, they have a decent selection.Now… let’s get into why it’s not a 5 star rating…It used to actually come within 10 minutes, now it’s closer to 20-25 minutes at times - I know it can be tough to hire riders, but maybe not advertise so much if you can’t handle the volume.In order to be so fast, they have cut corners on order accuracy, which in turn causes the menu to be inaccurate. I constantly have to substitute the item I ordered for another item because their inventory is so inaccurate, and I constantly am getting my order with either missing or incorrect items.I constantly get a call after I order. I should never get a call from you guys. I even got a call out of the blue one morning (woke me up!) from them just wondering why I hadn’t ordered in a while - do not ever do that, it’s far too aggressive. Maybe I hadn’t ordered cause I lost my job, or some other embarrassing or personal issue - it’s also just an overly intrusive method of sales.Drivers often arrive right outside my building, and instead of taking 3 seconds to look around, they call me again to ask me where my front door is… some effort on their part would be appreciated.

Probably the greatest delivery service available. I typically order from the Queen West region. Incredibly fast! Very communitive and polite. Prices are great, no insane mark-up from them. I had one order that was missing an item and they had it fixed and redelivered in under 10 minutes, hassle free. They're my go to delivery service.

Ridiculously fast. I just ordered for the first time cause I was craving ice cream, it literally was 6 minutes from when my payment was confirmed till it arrived at my door. That is exceptional service and still trying to figure out how it was delivered that quickly. Well done!

I’ve ordered from Ninja several times now and they’ve been consistently fantastic. They really do deliver in 10 mins! Prices are competitive and they have a decent selection of items. Abdul is a superstar of a delivery person. He needs a promotion.

Since Ninja has been introduced in our neighbourhood, I have been using it regularly. In my most recent order, I got a wrong product and I contacted Ninja for replacement.It was a hassle free process and the delivery guy Ibhrahim was considerate while delivering. He wasn’t able to reach me through text message, so he made sure to give me a call and let me know that my order is delivered.Kudos to Ninja!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I have never been so impressed by a company in its' early stages. They are professional, personable, and always seeking to improve. I have ordered from them a few times and they really have delievered in 10 minutes. The owner reached out to me directly for suggestions and adopted the recommendations very quickly. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. Well done Ninja!

Noticed this company from IG ads. Thought it was cool concept and checked it out. Very nice of them to offer first users a coupon discount to use. I went ahead and placed an order for a bubble tea and chips. It legit came within 10 minutes. For anyone ordering bubble tea - the tapioca and drink itself comes separately (so be prepared to mix it). I would definitely recommend using this service for any last minute purchases. I'm not sure if the price is better or cheaper but the convenience is great. Hope they offer more items on their website.

I am extremely disappointed with Ninja Delivery's sudden disappearance in Toronto. Your company had built a strong customer base and had a great reputation, making this sudden abandonment without any notice or updates highly unprofessional. Your loyal customers, including myself, have been left in the dark and are now left to question the future of your company.The manner in which you have chosen to shut down your services without warning is unacceptable and does not reflect the value that you place on your customers. I had only had positive experiences with your company prior to this, and it is a shame to see that you have chosen to leave us in this predicament.
