I called in for a quote , and gave info on my busness and was told they could not give me a quote cuz I could not answer the age when roof was done or any questions on a building that was not my business so hung up and called someone else hope your experience is better

Caught them charging me fees" and "service charges" that kept getting added on without me knowing. Then after I canceled they kept charging me for months saying every month "it has been canceled and won't withdraw anymore". This went on for too long so I had to block them from my account. I wrote a review on social media

She has helped me deal with both sad and scary situations involving my insurance. I would highly recommend Whitley Insurance.

They kept charging me after I canceled and when I found out and confronted them, they claimed to have never received my cancelation. They refused to help me and I had to block them from my bank account. They kept all the money.
