I’ve read some of the reviews and I must say, I’m a little surprised.My personal experience with each interaction has been a positive one.Shu has gone above and beyond with provision of service, has taken the time to explain available options and has assisted with resolution to quandary.Shu is patient, engaging, responsive and always willing to assist. Sry I gotta complain about Shuhanja too. They’re always in the back room chatting on their phone every single time no matter what day or time it is. They told me the system was down, so to leave my packages on the side for her to scan later. (After they’re done with the convo I’m assuming) and now my package is gone and I have a case started with Canada Post. Thank you Shuhanja

The Indian lady is pathetic. No sense of how to deal with customers. Arrogant, rude and zero working brain cells. She's only competent to scan prepaid parcels! for anything else, save yourself trouble and go to another location. I wonnder why Canada Post doesn't have a proper screening for competency before hiring.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A LADY PROVIDING A EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. First time I ever know that Canada Post can’t even provide their customer the tape to seal a small box! The first word I heard from the staff is asking me to buy the tape because they can’t help with that. Unreasonable! I would rather to drive another 10km to other location than coming to this one.

The women there are very rude. He typed in the wrong number herself. Said the number I gave was incorrect. Said my package had been picked up. I said no one came to pick up the package. He said loudly that I don't know. I gave him the number again. She scanned and found it.

I come to this Post Office at least once a week to mail items for my side business. I agree with some of the folks below - they don't always have the best attitude, but for the most part, they are courteous + efficient. And perhaps because I do come regularly, there's a mutual respect for each other.It does get quite busy though, so I understand the atmosphere is a little tense between Canada Post staff and the customer, especially during the holidays. But all in all, at the end of the day - they help me get all my orders sent, and I trust them to complete their job.In regards to the tape that customers request for their packages, yes - they have tape, but it's for their own use; it was never meant for customers. (as in, the staff isn't trying to be stingy for the sake of it; it's just the rules I believe.) If it was just a little piece I need to seal something off because the envelope I had had a tear, they would do it for me. But sometimes I see items that customers are needing to send that require a quite a bit of tape. If the staff were to accommodate that ask, for every person that came through there, they would be going through rolls of tape each week.I get the customer's point of view though, as I once needed tape and another Canada Post location gently insisted that I buy the tape that's there instead. I felt a little put off at the time. But after, I realized that they were just trying to do their job. (also, the tape was only $3 or so, and I got to take it home anyway - not a big deal at the end of the day!)

Shuhanja added a Children's Charity" to my bill when I didn't authorize it. This is another scam that Canada Post is doing. Adding donations to your bill without authorization.Guys
