Excellent service and communication! Eric did our WETT inspection and took the time to answer all our questions. Then after I sent him an email with some follow-up questions from our house insurer, Eric wrote back immediately and called me to talk over the responses. Super experience - thanks so much!

Some of the best customer service I've had the pleasure of receiving in quite some time. Technician Koraley was fantastic, punctual (arrived a 1/2 hour early), courteous and more importantly knows her stuff. Had her service a fireplace that I'm told by the previous owner hadn't been used in 10 years. Koraley had it up and running and looking like new in no time, couldn't be more pleased. Better yet, no trying to sell me something I didn't need, great recipe for repeat business and any future service. Well done Alsip's!

Had annual gas fireplace maintenance done on a fireplace that came with our house but was never used. Service technician was outstanding - on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took time to explain things. 10/10 recommend!

I had Alsip's put in a new fireplace, stone wall, and mantle. Turned out fantastic. They guys were great, friendly, professional, cleaned up after each day. Ben in particular was fantastic, he managed the entire job, was very communicative, and kept me up to date on each step of the project. Just a fantastic overall experience! March 6/23. I just had a service call completed and Coralee did a fabulous job. She took the time to ascertain the problem and quickly fix a noisy fan issue on my 30 year old gas fireplace. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be passing on my experience to others.Thanks for the great job.

I was not impressed with the communication and lack of organization and thoroughness. The initial inspection was done by an incompetent employee who obviously had no Wett inspection certification. I communicated my concerns with Corey who sent a second inspector who again missed seeing a large hole had they performed a thorough inspection. I then had to pay for a third visit to correct this. I found the lack of communication and transparency frustrating and never received a refund for the first visit. I would not recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Corey and his team upgrading our 42 year old fireplace to a high efficiency wood burning insert and new chimney. We’re looking forward to many cozy evenings by the fire! Thank you Alsips!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. They serviced both my fireplaces and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They corrected issues no other company were able to figure out. They even painted the box so they look like new. If you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable staff that you can 100% count on than look no further than Alsip’s.

Corey and his team were awesome to deal with. They removed my old wood fireplace and installed a new electric one. They were very professional and I am so happy with how the new unit looks. I would definitely recommend them.

Alsip's came to clean our gas fireplace and due to human error, shot oily soot into our open plan bungalow house. This resulted in us being forced out of our home for almost 2 weeks while Priority Restoration came to assess the damage and to clean what they could (floors, furniture, blinds, table, computers, food, clothing all damaged), with the owner promising to take care of everything and ensured us not to worry about anything. Following those 2 weeks out of our house, they decided to pull an insurance claim and from then on refused to communicate with us. This has been, and continues to be, a horrible situation that they are making worse by refusing to follow through with how they assured us they were dealing with this. Further, our fireplace is still broken.
