I have been receiving treatment for multiple injuries from this facility for 2+yrs now & have had nothing but excellent care. The front end staff are incredible! Despite being overwhelmed at times by calls & customers checking in/paying/booking etc... they still manage to greet, acknowledge & be kind to everyone whom comes through their doors. The team of Therapists here are exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced & again very kind & great senses of humour (which helps tremendously whilst being treated & often in pain). I could not recommend a better place to be treated for Physio.! This team is like a family & I am very grateful for their kindness, patience & services!!!

Been going here since June 2021.Had a broken wrist, then two surgeries..The staff here has helped me make an amazing recovery, almost there. :)All the staff here has treated me so incredibly well. It's always a great atmosphere to be in! Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to the Cambridge Centre for Health & Wellness for a work injury! Minouti and Cam are my primary therapists. I have had Kaylyn as well. They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable! There teamwork is great! They work together to ensure the patient is getting the best possible treatments to ensure a speedy recovery! Although treatment can sometimes be difficult they are always trying to make your session happy, positive and fun. Their patients are definitely their priority! Would recommend them to others in need of physio therapy!

Went in for treatment for tennis elbow. Ruchi and Justyne put a stretching, exercise and treatment plan together for me. With their treatment and my adherence to their plan I am completely healed up in a space of two months. Thanks so much!

Started my physio here due to a car accident. Kaylyn and Niyati were so professional, accommodating and friendly. I always looked forward to coming in for my sessions as they made me feel comfortable and I could tell they truly cared about my progress. Also, the other staff on site (Cam) and especially both receptionists (Laura and Jessica) were so friendly and made me feel welcomed the moment I walked through the door.After all my sessions were completed, my pain had reduced significantly and I feel a lot better doing things that became difficult for me after my accident.I also, used Lorraine as my massage therapist and she was also great. Her massage helped me a lot and it was also a pleasure to talk to her throughout my session. Can't wait for my next massage.Highly recommend coming here if you ever need care.Big thank you to all the staff for helping me out.

I came here to fix spasms in my back and I was matched up with cam and justyne and it was so much fun. They made me laugh till i cried and taught me alot about how the body works. I'm done my treatments now cause they did a great job, even giving me the tools and guidance on when I'm discharged. Kinda hope I run into them again, or just look over my shoulder for cam :)

I was referred to this clinic after a car accident in June 2022 for almost six months of Physio and Chiro therapy. All the desk staff were wonderful, as well as Cam my Physiotherapist and Lindsie my Chiropractor. I would recommend this clinic to everyone for their amazing staff, flexible scheduling and great care.

I was sent to Dr. Leone at the fracture clinic to have an X-ray and follow up appointment after an emerge visit. He was in and out very fast. No follow up X-ray and advised me my return to work form would be ready Friday, or Monday at the latest. As a new firefighter, I don’t have many sick days, if at all, and needed this paperwork completed in order to go on modified duties already effecting my reputation as a force with my crew, Captain, and Chiefs. It was very frustrating and embarrassing to communicate this to the Cheif FIVE days in a row. When someone verbalizes they will complete something, you trust they will follow through.

Ruchi and the rest of the team at CBI are caring, professional, and extremely good at what they do. I thought I’d be out of commission for a long time when I broke my elbow, but after two months of physiotherapy, my arm is stronger than ever. Ruchi set me up with the tools I needed to succeed, and her gentle encouragement was just what I needed to keep up with my exercise schedule. I cannot thank the folks at CBI Health enough for their help!
