I was called to be put on hold for almost 20 minutes so far, when I was told that I was next in queue, and yet only 4 to 6 minutes before I was number 14 in queue. I had called in to say that my internet is down, has been for 2 weeks solid.

If you’re considering Shaw, please reconsider! Our internet and cable has been so unreliable over the last month, 3 techs had to come to our home to try to fix the issue to eventually find out it’s a neighbourhood outage, since then the cable has not worked and been very in and out but mostly out. I called and was told “there’s been a lot of outages right now due to the weather, nothing can be done” we were not offered any sort of compensation (and yes we asked). Basically just told to deal with it but keep paying our bill for the services we are not being provided. Please be cautious!!

Shaw came to my house to try to fix my slow internet, then they left without it working AT ALL. Won’t even come back for a week. The guy also clogged my toilet. NO STARS.

Received great service at this location. The gentleman who helped me was named Stephen. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was in and out of this store in 10 min with a new modem. He waived off my activation fee and suggested a plan that was perfect for my needs without trying to upsell plans and products that I didn’t need. After my recent horrible experience with Telus, this is a much needed relief.

Do not trust any deal that this branch offers you, they do not stick to the original agreement and when they have to help you they are full of excuses and keeps pointing fingers at everyone else. We have had several bad experiences at this store. (Even with the call centres) Very rude staff in the store. They do not treat their customers with respect. They are not very helpful and they are untrustworthy.

I received excellent service from Lucas earlier evening at this location. 10/10 for him, give this guy a raise!I had a bit of a headache trying to figure out how to get on a month to month plan. I originally went to the Shaw in Kingsway the day before, and they told me they needed a credit check and a credit card in order go on a month to month prepaid phone contract. They lady I spoke to there was no help at all, quite dismissive, and told me I couldnt use my VISA debit card to activate it. I had driven almost 20 minutes just to turn around.I called on the phone and they gave me a similar situation. They told me I wouldn't be able to activate it with a VISA debit.Lucas gave me a SIM card, the website to activate it, a phone number to call if I wanted to go that route, and an additional phone number if that one didnt work. He was quick, straight on target, and knew exactly what to do, no hassle at all.I went the online route and dealt with Greta(Agent ID VBV5) and she was extremely helpful. She asked for my information for a credit check, and my credit card information and I just used my VISA debit card and activated it, even though the lady at Kingsway told me I couldn't and 3 different people on the phone told me I couldnt either.Took me hours to sort through this, and it finally worked.So thank you Lucas for making it all possible I really appreciate your efficient, straight to the point service, they need to start a How to kill it like Lucas" course for all Shaw employees! Thanks man!"

Terrible company with predatory business practices. They charge you ridiculous amounts for arbitrary things. I was charged 200$ for not returning my modem on June 1st when my services were ended on May 31st. Among many other slimy ways they find to charge you. Do not choose this company for your services.
