Adam did a great job renovating our second house on our alr property. Great job on the Road creation. foundations. And grading and irrigation for the farm land. Highly recommend. Superior knowledge for real! Don't mess around get the pros in and these guys are top notch. Thanks Adam!

Mark and Adam Lewis are multi-talented. They took on a wide range of jobs getting our duplex ready for sale. We initially got them to bring the old wiring up to standard in several suites. Then they replaced the roof and guttering and found problems with rot which they replaced as well. Disposing the old roof was a big job which they handled too. One suite was particularly bad. Several floors had to be replaced, the kitchen needed a new countertop and cupboards, the bathroom needed renovating including plumbing and painting. I did not need to bring in multiple trades. Mark and Adam did it all. They selected appropriate the cabinets and got us a new countertop and fridge. They handled all the transportation and installation and helped save us money by finding parts at ReStore when appropriate. I would recommend Mark and Adam especially for large jobs that make use of their diverse range of skills.

These guys are great - very knowledgeable on everything from concrete pouring to lighting design . My job started out as a lighting project which totally transformed my dim home basement into a well-lit , useable space . Decided to go for a basement bedroom addition into this space which was fantastic - best room in the house now , cool custom doors even built on-site .Concurrent bathroom reno also transformative & enjoyed every day !I have a rental too that then got trashed in the Merritt flood , but having known the guys from before they actually made the time to come over & totally salvage the wrecked place from bucket brigade mud removal to structural concrete pours , insulation replacement & finishing it to better than before , all in the dead of winter . My tenants were among the first back in in Merritt after the flood , all because of Kelowna Contracting . I totally owe these guys .Adam & Mark are always cheerful , prompt , professional . Kelowna Contracting did an AMAZING job on my family's home. Adam and Mark knew how to execute exactly what we had always envisioned for our back yard, and we couldn't be happier with it. They built a composite deck with a hot tub inside for us. I highly recommend them for carpentry, electrical work, and general construction.

Mark and Adam put in an additional below ground door to our basement. Their work was very thorough and attention to detail was not missed. The final product looks better then we could have imagined! They both remained very transparent with us and asked for our opinion in regards to the finished look. The project was hassel free for us, they took care of everything from permits and supplies to existing house protection and site cleanup.These two put in grueling hours in less then ideal weather conditions and got the job done properly and professionally as it shows in their final work.Would highly recommend kelowna contracting for all your contracting needs!

my family had hired Kelowna Contracting to renovate our backyard by putting in 2 decks and a dog run. instead what we got were a few piles of dirt and a concrete wall. mark kept on asking for more money and when we couldn't deliver he threatened to walk away from the job. as for the unprofessional behaviour, nobody on the job-site showed up wearing proper footwear, we asked them to keep an area of the top yard untouched (which didn't happen) and at the end of our agreement, mark gave us a list of the things we paid" for even though most of them shouldn't have been charged for. for example

Adam and his team built us a lovely outdoor area with a patio, landscaping and retaining walls. Great price, hardworking would recommend!

Kelowna Contracting (particularly Adam) went above and beyond for us in a recent renovation job. We had a tight timeline due to some scheduling issues (our electrician was coming and our first contractor couldn't finish the walls due to another job) ... we reached out to Adam and he offered to work over the weekend (Easter Weekend!) to get the job done. He was attentive to our requests/needs for the project, scoped it out, and quickly got it done -- it looked fantastic and was completed in a timely manner, all within a reasonable price. We liked his work so much, we asked him to continue on the job--again, he listened, suggested, and provided great service. We loved the work and are continuing to work with him (and Kelowna Contracting) on this renovation. I would definitely recommend him!
