I've been a customer for a while, and it's always a pleasure to work with them. There is always wonderful advise, honesty, and excellent service. Once I had the virtual debit card credit, they made the pain of dealing with Electrolux to repair the vacuum a smooth transaction. Sadly, any warranty now has to go via them. These come highly recommended from me! Their price is reasonable and competitive without ever being aggressive. If you need to replace your vacuums and more, run, don't walk, to this location.

Would definitely deal with again. Excellent customer service helping with an issue I had with my vacuum power switch. My issue was resolved promptly and my vacuum was back in action within a week.

Best customer service I have received in a long time, my animal Dyson conked out and I called Vacuum Specialists ( I live in Edmonton) and they are in Calgary, the assistant Omar was incredibly helpful and assisted in helping me purchase a re-furbished Dyson (best vacuum for pets in my opinion) not only was it sent out the same day, put together along with a manual, it arrived at my door in less that 24 hours later with a free delivery, Omar went above and beyond with his customer care and i am very grateful and very impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, fair priced vacuum.Thank youAlison Morrison

I have always dealt with the location on Centre St. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They provide that wow moment. I leave a distance from this location but I don’t mind the drive for excellent customer service. Yusurf is great and know his products and always give excellent recommendations. I recommend this store 110%.

Wow!!! What a great experience!! Was greeted by Maria as soon as we entered to inquire about our older dyson, she brought it back to Omar right away, to get us a quoteIn the mean time I thought I would jump on the dyson website to see if it would be cheaper to get my parts through them, while we waited Omar was able to get our parts installed once agreed within 15min as opposed to dyson, would of shipped out my parts, and would of been more expensive and I would have to do the install myself, and I would of had to wait at 2 weeks for the parts.We met with the owner who has owned it for 47 years, prides himself on the customer experience! We will definitely be back to this location for any vacuum needs!!!! 10 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Large open store offers a lot of choice! Brought the old yet reliable vacuum in for a clean and it looks brand new! Staff is interested and efficient. And Maria at front is particularly helpful and rounds out a great experience! Highly recommend.
