I brought a pair of work shoes in for minor repair. He asked for $40. I thought it was steep but agreed. Then he wanted payment up front. I thought you will have my shoes and my money before you do anything". I didn't think money up front was right in this case. No deal."

Charge OUTRAGEOUS prices here. Tried to charge $40 just to glue edges of my boots back to the sole. And $55 to repair cracks in the sole on the bottom of a different pair of boots. I made the trip out to Sherwood park shoe repair instead, since they charge HALF the price!

I brought in three WWII that needed repair and was shocked by how in inexpensive it was. When I went in to pick up the bags I wasn’t sure what to expect as I felt I hadn’t paid much, but they were beautifully-done. I’ll be returning future leather repairs. Thank you.

The ShoeMaster did some amazing work on my boots. The soles fell off when I was walking one day and so I took them to him. He fixed them better than how I got them and he also cleaned them so they looked better than new. I definitely will be taking all my shoe repair needs to him.

Good selection of shoe things, but their quality overall is not great. I had some shoes resoled and there was a chip in the stack above the new sole that had chipped due to prior damage. They just applied the new sole without addressing the chip when my old cobbler would have made sure all damage was dealt with properly. My friend also got some boots made smaller on the leg and the stitching was uneven. The place is no bargain either.

Took in one of my favourite pairs of boots where both the heels were starting to lift away from the sole (I’m fairly rough on my boots, sadly) - they fixed them up perfectly and polished them to look brand new as well! Very happy with the services here will be going again in the future :)

Owner has poor disposition and fell well below expectations. On a handbag, he quotes two prices to repair zipper runner $35. and $45 for the whole zipper replacemen but says that only the zipper runner replacement is necessary. I proceed as such. The runner keeps sticking and falls off after two weeks. I go back to him and we conclude that the zipper needs replacement after all. He quotes me the $45. I ask him for a reduced price but he will not and wants a week to repair. I tell him that I would have expected a fair deal because of his original suggestion and quote. He brushed me off grumpingly. Not customer service.
