I have been to this location 3 times now and each time I feel very unwelcome by an employee named Keith. He was very rude to me during my most recent visit. The location itself is big, bright and spacious but unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back due to the unpleasant interactions with this employee.I noticed someone else in the reviews had a similar experience with this employee and it’s sad to see there have been no changes made. Being kind to customers should be priority, especially in the holiday season.

A store for licensed beauty professionals. You must has a license to shop here. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They always have great deals. The store has a washroom and is accessible.
