Friendly folks that I'm sure are good at their jobs, but fair warning: this is not the right place to take your vehicle if it is a foreign market import. I have a JDM Honda, which they outright refused to take in for inspection and diagnostic. Apparently it was due to not being able to look up parts, which is understandable. If you have an import, you may want to take your car elsewhere.

Been bringing my car there all the time. This time I got coilovers installed and they did a amazing job 5 star. No complaints. They know there stuff. Very much appreciate Chad, Jon and Steven for working on it and getting it done in a Timely manner. I recommend the shop and going in and chatting with them about what you need done.

Our brake malfunction alarms went off as we were driving through Duncan BC. Up the road, we could see a Midas sign. We managed to drive there safely and they saw us immediately, despite the fact we had no appointment. The team in Duncan were wonderful! The waiting area was warm and clean, the team helpful and knowledgeable, the service excellent. The problem was diagnosed and we left Midas with a car safe to drive and peace of mind. Great service, fantastic team. Thank you Duncan Midas!

The staff at this shop excel at customer service! I arrived without an appointment and asked if someone could tell me if my muffler was falling off.Within ten minutes my vehicle was on the hoist and the mechanic explained what was happening. (Muffler was not falling off!)Despite my vehicle occupying space in the shop, and the mechanic taking the time to illustrate the problem I was not charged a penny!I will definitely be taking my car to this business for oil changes and anything else I may require.Thank you for your kindness and exemplary customer service!

My air caps on my tires were corroded on because I put metal caps on by accident, I made an appointment with them for 10am and got there and was told to come back in an hour so I waited around by myself for the hour, came back and they haven’t even looked at it yet. Comes 11:30 and they were just starting, only took 10 minutes and 13$ quick easy fix but I did not need to wait an hour and a half past my appointment.

3 words for this Midas: Honest, proficient, and respectful. I was provided with great and honest customer service. I felt that my wishes for my vehicles service were heard and respected and that every detail of my service was explained well. I had no problems at all with my vehicle after its service and, again, the staff were very kind and respectful. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

I was impressed how quickly I could bring my vehicle down and have it fixed the same day. It was a bad brake issue so it needed to be fixed asap. Not knowing much about mechanics, I had my father who knows a ton about mechanics, call them to make sure the work to be done was truly necessary and reasonably priced. My dad called me back, and said yes absolutely the work was reasonably priced and very articulated and sound in judgement. Also, their service was just very friendly and non pressuring. I'll def go back for mechanic needs!

Friendly service managed to squeeze me in for a quick tire patch when I really needed my car found the screw hadn't gone in fully and removed it free of charge! Highly Recommend this Midas location!

The staff at midas always treats us so well. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Even for a small problem they stopped what they were working on and fixed it for us right away. Great service.
