Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was greeted by a very rude young lady at the Sackville location who does not smile and does not care about customer service. I eventually walked out when she started being sarcastic with her comments. Will never rent from this location again.

The staff here are amazing! My vehicle was in an accident and they made sure the rental booking was a smooth process. They even drove me both ways to the body shop even when it was the end of the day AND during rush hour. Can’t say enough great things :) you guys made a stressful situation super easy for me!

So far so good. I booked an intermediate sized vehicle for tommorow due to a family medical emergency - and rental cars are in very high demand, somewhat scarce and very, very costly last minute this holiday season - the average was $80 plus a day w tax for a sub compact. I reserved online for Saturday Dec 28/19 until Tuesday Dec 31st and due to the Weekend Special and my Loyalty Plus Program membership I saved over $70 plus tax vs. all other local rental agencies - and I thoroughly researched on multiple travel and rental car sites. I just checked in to a Hotel on the Bedford hwy. and there are 3 locations within a 8 to 15 minute drive. The Lower Sackville location I booked with is just 8.4 kms. from my Motel. *****Updated***** Dec.28th. I am absolutely impressed and wish to send a huge thank you out to Myra M. at the Lower Sackville location. I called for customer pick up at 9am but due to the holidays she was working alone and immediately provided me a local taxi companies phone number however I was left standing on the sidewalk waiting for an hour ( taxi review in my profile ) I know it was obviously not any fault of Myra M.'s but she was extremely apologetic AND I was given a free upgrade! A very well optioned Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD SUV and an additional discount. Outstanding! Myra M. went way above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. I can honestly say impeccable and top notch customer service. I highly recommend Enterprise and particularly the Lower Sackville location.

I was in a bind with car troubles. Got a rental from these guys within a half hour.Completely painless process, rates exactly as advertised, no bad surprises.Ended up returning the car early. Again: painless, and I was only charged for the days I had it.I've used them for work in the past as well. Professional and courteous bunch.

Booked on Expedia. Pick up was fast and easy. Chris was amazing. I had my choice of 2 vehicles and was very happy with the one I chose. Chris checked in with me after a couple of days to make sure everything was fine. Drop off was easy.

DO NOT GET A RENTAL HERE!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. My vehicle was involved into in accident when I was not at fault. I was told I was entitled to a rental and I was scheduled an appointment to pick up a rental about 1 to 2 weeks prior. I filled out the form and confirmed my appointment and was told I was going to get a Ford Explorer. I have full coverage on the vehicle that was involved in the accident, but the insurance was not transferable, however Enterprise told me that it was not required because they have their own insurance. When I went into enterprise I was then told I could only get a Mitsubishi Mirage (which was fine), then they also told me that because my insurance was not transferable they cannot give me a rental. If I had know this 2 weeks ago I would’ve had everything situated and wouldn’t have gone through any of this. Poor customer service. I 110% do not Recommend this location what so ever!

I tried to call Enterprise at a specific location for availability and prices, and end up speaking to an offshore operator with very little English. Estimate was DOUBLE the estimates I had already been quoted. I used to do a lot of business with Enterprise…not any more.
