K9HQ Doggy Daycare Plus

I just started taking our dog to K9HQ, and so far it’s been an outstanding experience. My dog is excited to go to K9HQ and comes home tired and happy. The people there are super nice and really focused on the wellbeing of the dogs under their care.

We really like sending our dog here for daycare as well as training by Kelsey. Kelsey is knowledgeable and worked well with our dog, her approach to training makes sense and is enjoyable for the dog.We wish they offered boarding, we would be all over that. The time the dogs get to rest in their crates is really good, it seems like a daycare with more structure than most. Some other day cares are a no rules fun house where dogs can pick up bad habits, but it seems to me that at K9HQ they provide more structure, our dog comes home tired but without losing his sense of manners"."

Notice the owners give nothing but excuses for their sub-par service even after I've contacted them directly, and ask me to reach out to them again. KEEP YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR TIME, STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!!!I contacted this company about my extremely shy puppy who required help to overcome this, and was recommended to take this particular class. They kept us all in separate enclosed areas, and only encouraged socialization for 10 of the 60 minutes. How is that to help with a dog that I specifically asked for help trying to socialize?The information they provide is a regurgitation of information from a simple Google search, and not any information of their own. For example their homework was sourced from the humane society, or other such organizations. I'm an experienced dog owner, and they tried to pass on information as if I'm uneducated.I didn't attend the last 2 classes because they didn't provide adequate service. These people robbed my poor puppy of his early stages of development. I came to get help with his shyness and they kept us literally locked in separate areas of the room. To this day my dog is not food motivated and they wouldn't recognize that. I wasn't going to complain until I was encouraged to while speaking with people at the dog park of this service".I believe I'm entitled to at least half of my funds back for the time and money wasted on these inept individuals.How's that for articulation

I was recommended K9HQ years ago and have attended many many classes since. The education, knowledge and expertise that all the trainers have is top notch. They are always helpful with any questions or concerns and have helped me and my dogs tremendously.For anyone looking for wonderful, force free, supportive trainers- I recommend K9HQ!

Our pup initially started going there for one-on-one training with Kelsey, then was able to join in on the fun at daycare. Every time I pick her up, she's so happy, exhausted, and always gets excited when we pull up to Doggy Daycare!

We bring our dog to the puppy play time on Thursdays with Samantha and it has been SO great. Samantha does a great job assessing the needs of each dog, and facilitating play. She also talks us through different signs that our dogs may need a break, be nervous, be overly aggressive, not playing well with another dog, etc. It’s been equally as helpful for us as it has been for our dog. Daisy, our dog, started out really shy and nervous and is now very confident when playing with other dogs. Would highly recommend K9HQ to others

Our family dog has been traumatized by the very expensive grooming training" that we paid for here. Even paying for a "grooming training coach" to assist when their professional groomers were not able to do even basic grooming with him. Our vet has not been able to cut his nails

My puppy completed puppy kindergarten at k9hq and it helped so much, he has also been groomed here. They gave him the patience and love a puppy needs for their first grooming. Can't wait to put him in daycare here as well. Staff is great, services are great, overall awesome experience, would recommend!

My partner and I have taken our German Shepherd Puppy through Puppy Kindergarten and Basic Life Skills training classes. The training has helped us so much as first time dog owners. The classes were small and we had lots of time to practice new skills with our dog. I would highly recommend these classes!

Rachel at K9HQ is the best for providing grooming and care for my dog. Her calm nature and fear free environment keeps my dog so comfortable and looking amazing everytime! Thank you so Rachel and I look forward to continued service.
