Beware!!! These guys do interlock as well, not very professional

I just got work done from them 3 weeks ago. These people are FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!We saw their poster in our nehibourhod and decided to get work from them. But please do not be fooled and take my review seriously! We paid $9k CAD to get interlocking in our backyard, they did a terrible job! within the first week the tiles changed its color and the tiles started to slant. We contacted the Summer Ping Lee who is the manager and she promised she will come back to see it, she never did. We contacted her 3-4 times, she stopped picking up our calls.She promised a 3 year warranty but looking at how unprofessional and rude this lady is she will not honor anything that she promised. Please do not waste your money!She is rude and unprofessional. The entire team doesnt speak English, except her but she is difficult to communicate with because she will shut you down if you try to talk to her. She will not care what you tell her and she will constantly shut you down by raising her voice.I want to take legal action against her because i paid a big sum for a small area which she said she will come and fix but she blocked my number.I contacted her from other phone numbers as well but as soon she knew it was me calling she blocked that number as well!Note: She deleted my last Google Review!

The owner is very rude, will not listen to you.They also do interlocking which we got done After work is done she advised there is 3 years warranty and will come back to fix rest of the left over work. Called her multiple times she kept ignoring and stopped answering calls and blocked our number. Work is very unprofessional not done how it should nothing is leveled the stairs are broken she was suppose to come and fix it and it’s been long been waiting . Please review before booking this business for your service .
