Booking was straightforward and clear. Confirmation was received and clear. Customer service was great. The machine worked perfectly.

My property is located two hours from their location. I have rented 8 ton excavator for a full week. Delivery was on time on Friday but... After 2 hrs of work the left track came off and I had to call the service for repair and also requested a digging bucket instead of grading that was provided. Mechanic showed up two hours after phone call (late afternoon on Friday) Man! that guy deserves a raise for his service and bringing the right bucket. After few hours of work same problem again! Phone call again. They just offered replacement this time of the equipment because of the repeat, same problem. Two days later better equipment was delivered again, this time we no problem and we were able to finish our project. Excellent customer service, from delivery driver, to mechanic, to help with the problem. Definitely Im renting again from you guys... Thanks

Sad case of management at this location. I bought up to 50K in business to them on rental equipment. One of the contractor went rogue and left me with damages. I asked for further details about out of province contractor and I received a bureaucratic reply without offering any assistance. So overall spend money with people who don’t defend crooks.

Good service, but hit and miss with renting equipment that will run and get the job done. Not entirely their fault, but should check the equipment a bit better to be be sure it'll run.
