Ever since august’22 their business standards have declined. There are a select few nail techs I’d recommend but avoid the newer techs. Every time I’ve had to get regular polish I’ve always had to come back in the same week to get it fixed. When you do have to come in to get it fixed (because of their 7 day policy), some of the techs are mad and rush you…..while the newer ones make you wait 30+ minutes because they don’t know how to manage their time. A lot of the regular polishes are also very old.

This was my first time here. Went for a pedicure. The place was clean and nice. The vibe is really good. Since it was my first time here, I didn’t choose anyone in particular for my service. However, I felt my service was very rushed in. It definitely did not feel like it was worth the price. The lady who was doing my pedicure was trying to convince my to do gel since I did not wear flip flops( who wears flip flops on a snowy day?) even though I was ready to sit around for it to dry she was constantly convincing me to do gel. I ended aesthetician up not getting nail polish at all. I will however go back as I want to believe all the other reviews are true and want to get nail extensions done. However, not with the same person.Edit- The manager called me after the my this review and I extremely sorry to say but they need a new manger, she was rude and did not one apologize for any inconvenience caused and was more focused on getting me booked again for nails. As a manager she was not concerned at all about the experience I had at the salon. Until and unless you know the aesthetician working there do not go here and waste ur money because they will not take the time to explain anything to you

Had an amazing pedicure by Maria, she did an incredible job and my feet feel divine!The salon itself was clean and the decor was adorable, I found the rest of the staff to be really supportive of each other and the overall vibe was on Point!I will 100% return for a sugar glow scrub!

Took my mom grandma and aunts for Mother's Day. The girls were super friendly and did a great job. We all had a fun time and lots of laughs. Thanks!

Julia does fabulous work. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she is lovely. Very personable and caring. Julia painted a watermelon slice on my toes, it is so cute.

I came to 2 Waves to get my nails fixed after a bad experience at a different salon. I was scheduled with a new staff member. In the picture shown is what I left with. 2 Waves offered to make it right (I was supposed to be rebooked with a senior staff member) however when I looked into it, the person expected to fix my nails was also a newer nail tech. I cancelled the appointment and I don’t plan on going back. Not worth the time.

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received at a nail salon. It was my daughter’s graduation and we went there to get our nails done and have a little mother/daughter time. Not only was the woman who we were booked with over 20 minutes late with starting our appointment, when we did finally sit down, my daughter told the “nail artist” what she wanted and was told very abruptly that she couldn’t do that, because she didn’t have enough time (maybe if you started our appointment on time…) My daughter was then very clearly distraught/disappointed, and instead of offering any suggestions or solutions, we were then told that we could just cancel our appointment if we wanted. I was in shock. I’ve been there before and they were always nice and worked with us. Not exactly the experience that we wanted as a memory for her graduation. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back!!!

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my pedicure, get a call the day before asking if I could change the time of my appointment and the person doing it, I agreed, not a huge issue things happen. Get a call at 8:30 am this morning, 1.5 hrs before my new appointment, that they have to now cancel my appointment because they are short staffed. I have been going here for quite awhile but I won't be returning. Did not even attempt to try to accommodate me today after I changed my appointment to accommodate them. Not the customer service one would expect after being a loyal customer. Will definitely go elsewhere.
