I was here last night for a quick bite, just went through the drive through to get a double stack.. let me tell you.. getting Wendy’s at 10:30pm .. that double stack was SO GOOD. Fresh off the GRILL.. vegetables were cut PERFECTLY. Life changing.

Stopped in for a bite with the family after the gym. Ordered some chicken wraps, strip meal and a salad. They had asked us to pull up because they were just putting some new chicken in. I decided to go in to grab the order, to save time. When I went in to get the food, I noticed the restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly. The guy getting my order ready put an extra fry in the bag to accommodate for the wait. It wasn’t much but the gesture sure went along way when I got back in the van with extra fries for my wife. Lol. The food was hot, FRESH and delicious.

The “New Coffee cups” that they are using is made from thermocol plastic with less than poor built quality as you can see in the pictures. I dont know if it is safe to drink coffee in this material but i am not gonna do it.

I just made an order in this cafe, the staff is completely rude and inattentive. I ordered takeaway from the combo menu Dave's Double®> When I came home, it turned out that they gave me a completely different burger, they gave me a spicy burger. with chicken I don't eat spicy food at all. I am sorry that the staff is so rude and inattentive. I do not recommend this cafe for visiting

My workplace is nearby, and we placed an order consisting of 41 items. This included complicated combos with customized ingredients. I can confidently say that this is one of the best Wendy's in the GTA. I had left my order with Manager Manchula and I had also called an hour before to confirm the pick up. I reached the store 10 minutes before pickup to find the entire team working as a unit for this giant order. They were able to put each customized order into individual bags and package them with safety stickers. They even were able to put down everyone’s name on every order. I found the supervisors checking and double checking every bag carefully. All of our meals and drinks were packaged into boxes and the crew even helped carry my order to my car. I would have to say this location is terribly busy with the drive through. They were able to process all the people in cars as well as patrons coming in to fill in their lunch orders. I would highly recommend coming to this location, and I hope the staff and manager.

Like most Wendy's, this one was promt and clean. The staff were helpful and very attentive to the customers. The taste was great as always, and I live that pop dispenser for fountain drinks.

Ordered via drive thru and waited so long we were told to park by the entrance with no one else in line, disappointed. Wait was too long for fast food with minimal customers.
