Big Red's Poutine

I tried to order online but the site would not work. Drove there and, although the menu is just 8 different flavors of poutine, they didn't have the one I wanted. Chose from what they had available, the menu on the screen was super hard to read. Was told that would be ready in 5 minutes, I timed over 20 minutes waiting - on a poutine! Family that order after me got their order before me, which I think is pretty unfair. After the waiting, thought I would enjoy the sausage poutine, but when I got home, my surprise: not a single piece of meat. I'll assume they got my order wrong, which is remarkable since they didn't look very busy at all. Overall very disappointing, would not come back and would not recommend. Way overpriced for what you're getting. Costco poutine is 4 times cheaper and 5 times faster, and tastes pretty much the same. 2 stars go for friendly service and the poutine was not bad, it was nothing special. Thank you

Delicious poutine, always a treat when you're in town.

We went to a local craft fair and Big Reds was there. First time ordering from them. We got an order of fries and gravy and two orders of chicken strip poutine. Can’t screw that up right? Well it was gross. Both orders of the chicken strip poutine was burnt!! Not just a tad over cooked but it was black. The chicken strip was diced up and put on the fries. It was not even 1 chicken strip per poutine. We tried peeling off the burnt batter of the chicken strip but the whole meal now had a burnt taste. 12$ an order and not even a full chicken strip. Not enough gravy to cover the fries or melt the cheese curds. Clearly the deep fryer has not been changed in a while. Not worth it. Won’t do it again.

Do not recommend for catering. Unable to keep with demand. Hour long wait for a bland, cold poutine.

What a wonderful surprise, when you were in Mission, we have enjoyed our delicious fries, gravy and poutine.

We used Big Red’s for our wedding, May 22 2022. They were on on time, personable and kind! We couldn’t have been happier. What backyard wedding doesn’t need poutine?!Thank you again to your team for helping make our day special.Lots of love Sandy & Jake

I ordered the Chicken Strip Poutine, Delicious- the chicken was moist, crispy and tasty. Gravy was perfect and the cheese curds were melted perfectly.Prices are fair, servings are generous

Your food truck should change dry rib poutine " to " deep fried breading that technically has rib in it poutine" . Even the poutine itself is disappointing for the price"

Me and my misus tried big red poutine and my misis said it's the best she's had and the chips were just like back home .UK so thanks big red we will be back to see you again cheers captain and his crew.
