My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Jennis Whitfield for her efforts in a warranty issue with our Brizo bathroom faucets. Our interior decorator highly recommended Watermarks Kitchen & Bath Boutique when we were renovating our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, powder room and laundry room. The staff were very helpful with our full order and delivery of all kitchen, bathroom and laundry room hardware occurred without any issue. Almost 5 years of use of our ensuite bathroom faucets, we encountered a leaking cold water cartridge. We were concerned that our faucets would not be covered under warranty. Jennis facilitated our concerns with the manufacturer and we received full coverage of our bathroom faucets. Jennis provided top service with back and forth communication between us and the manufacturer. We highly recommend Watermarks Kitchen & Bath Boutique for people who are taking on a renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.

Marta is friendly, informative, and prompt.She helped my husband and I select the perfect shower kit for our newly renovated bathroom. Marta went the extra mile by doing all the research for us to help make our selections easier. She is very enthusiastic and professional. The products at Watermarks are high quality and range in price to suit your needs.May 5th 2021Once again Marta went out of her way to help me! I was in need of a linear drain for my shower and the plumber was on site. I had forgotten to order one prior to my bathroom renovations. I was in a pinch as it usually takes several days or weeks to order supplies. Marta came to my rescue! Within minutes she sourced linear drains available from her warehouse that I can pick up within a day or two. Marta is prompt, courteous, informative, professional and very friendly! Thank you Marta!!

We had Watermarks recommended to us through our builder for our full home reno and really enjoyed our experience with them. We were able to find beautiful fixtures for our kitchen and two bathrooms with the help of Kylie, and she showed us many different options at different price points. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and we are really happy with our choices. The showroom itself is beautifully laid out with some nice vignettes set up, which help make your decision a bit easier. We would recommend Kylie and Watermarks for anyone looking to purchase or upgrade their plumbing fixtures, and their location is also pretty convenient on Dundas St W just off the 427.

We went to many bathroom renovation stores around Toronto but found Watermarks Etobicoke to be the best in both customer service, attention to detail and price. We were extremely happy with Kylie’s assistance in selecting various bathroom fixtures. She was knowledgeable, patient and prompt in responding to our emails. The store is spacious and has a good selection on display. We would highly recommend this store and Kylie.

While shopping for bath and kitchen fittings for a new condo, it's been difficult in many places to get any customer service. This was not one of those places! Recommended from a family member, Watermarks Kitchen and Bath has a really great selection and the staff were super helpful. I will definitely be shopping here again!

High standards of customer service from the minute you call in to ask a question until delivery of the high quality product at a competitive rate received. Marta helped me locate a tub that was near impossible for Lowe's, Home Depot, TUBS and Wayfair because of the pandemic. She provided follow-up to the manufacturer to help bring the tub in during an unexpected and stressful renovation and kept me informed throughout the challenging ordeal. Ben the delivery man was on time, courteous and very helpful. He REFUSED a tip!!! Stating that doing his job well and being appreciated for that was all he needed!!!! Where do you get that service these days? I will definitely recommend Watermarks to friends and family and it will be my first choice in future 100%

Purchased shower doors in May 2019 and Kylie was excellent to deal with. Emailed her in September as I was unable to find my receipt. She responded in under 10 minutes with a copy of same. Pricing and service are amazing......thanks Kylie!

I used this store on two occasions to purchase parts for a Kohler toilet. On both occasions I received very good service. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The prices for the parts were quite reasonable. Will definitely shop here again.After two years, I was back again this week. Again I received great service even with covid restrictions. I asked a question and the staff member didn't know the answer. Rather than BS me, she told me where to find the information. This is the kind of service I respect.

I called Lisa for some info on shower systems. She guided me very well and I ended up purchasing everything I needed for my house from them. Specially Lisa helped me very well. She took me through every detail and helped me to decide from so many options. Anyone who wants a good deal and variety to choose from should contact her. She is fabulous and I highly recommend everyone to see her whenever you visit or call.
