I have been dealing with Brian for 9 years now and he has never let me down ,always on time, very professional at a reasonable price ,if you need anything to do with heating or cooling Brian is your guy ,he is the only person I trust with my home comfort .

In the summer of 2018 I had an issue with my AC. I saw icicles on the AC pipes inside and outside home. I didn't know that we had some warranty for the AC installation at that time, so I called All-Comfort Heating & Cooling Inc. to check and fix the issue. They measured pressure in the system, and told me, there was not enough pressure. They assumed, there was a leak and filled the system with nitrogen. After 2-3 days they came again to check the pressure, and it was OK (according to their measurement reading). Then they pumped off the nitrogen and filled the system with new Freon. They told me that probably the installers didn't fill the system with enough Freon.This summer the AC stopped working again. The devices worked, but there was not cold air anymore. The pipes were again in icicles, they were oily again. After some consultations with different AC-repair guys, I understood, that there is a small leak, which is not showing up in a short time period (2-3 days), but it is noticeable in one year.In other words, I spent around $800 just for temporary fix.I wouldn't recommend All-Comfort Heating & Cooling Inc. as knowledgeable and experienced company.The invoice shows the company name, address, website, etc.

Our furnace died in the middle of winter. I called Brian because I had used him for some issues in my workplace and I found him to be pleasant, direct and honest. I had a great experience using him for my home furnace replacement as well. I would recommend them to anyone who asked as a trust worthy & competent group you can rely on.Thanks Brian! I know who I will call if there are any more issues in my workplace or home.**Adding to this review. Today while I was sleeping the control board in my furnace died. Woke up to a cold house. My heat was back on with a new control board installed before the morning was complete. Our AC stopped this evening (after normal business hours) during 30 plus degree heat. I called All -Comfort and spoke to Brian without waiting on hold or any crazy directory. He heard me out and sent out a technician who arrived under an hour and was wonderful. They assessed our issue and fixed the AC with a replacement part immediately. Quick response, great service and value . We can’t say enough about our experience with All-Comfort. We would not hesitate to call again for service. Quick to answer and arrived early. Quickly resolved my wiring mistake and got our AC up and running again during an unexpected hot week. Would definitely call for more services.

When our central air conditioner broke down in the late afternoon during a heat wave, we called All-Comfort and Brian came right over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it that same evening. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service and reasonable rates. Brian is great - nice, honest, and extremely competent. We’ll be calling All-Comfort from now on for all our HVAC needs.
