I had my Direct Fencing 6’ tall fence installed over 5 years ago and I’m amazed at how great it looks! It has stayed clean and looking brand new with very little maintenance. I use a whipper snipper around the fence once a week and it hasn’t marked at all. I had to replace one panel when my bbq fell off my deck, the service I received to replace it was excellent. I called my certified installer and they had it replaced quickly and professionally!! I would recommend this product to anyone looking to replace a fence or when building new. 10/10!

Horrible peopleI know Sean. Every thing was fine, he said he would call me back in two hours for an address to show the client a sample of the new maple fence that I did not have sample of.No call. Tried to call him the next day, would not answer the phone .Now you must know their fence is on two month back order, so getting the order in is important.He would not answer his personal line or the business phone kept saying he was busy so I said would wait till he was off the phone.I am just looking for a sample to show the client.Well when he answer he exploded, screaming I got 147 unread e-mails, he was ditching my calls, who did I think I was, He was busy I could take my 35000 dollar order and go somewhere else. He did not care or needed my money. I was nobody, I was also told to F%#$k off.I have never been treated so poorly there is more, but who cares, not them.Had to send the customer to another fencing store, that sells the same fence. lost my for sure sale ,and it really hurt after covid and not much work.Sean cannot handle his job!How many people has he done this too?I use to deal with chad and he was nice?

Been dealing with DFS for a few years now and the entire team have been absolutely amazing with us and make us feel like part of the DFS family. Sean has even called us back after hours to touch base and keep us in the loop, answering our emails, texts or calls. During COVID, like other suppliers, we have had a couple shipping delays that have been out of their control; however, we can get most products within 2 weeks!
