Incredibly rude woman behind the counter. No smile. Told me she had no change for my $20. I said I guess I'll go elsewhere" She said ok. I decided to pay the full $20 for the $13 tanning session. Bed was fine no complaints.I returned to give it another try today. Walked in with Nobody behind the counter. Rang the bell for service. Nothing! Waited 5 minutes. Nothing! Not sure if no service is better than bad service but I will not be back."

I come almost everyday since I found this place for tanning. The results of the tanning beds are excellent. The staff is super friendly and always happy to see you when you come in. The lotions they have smell like heaven .. it's a must go place its so amazing

As the local tanning spot in a busy tourist town, this place can get busy during the spring and winter months. But generally the rooms are clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Clean, good tanning beds. I always get. Good base. The staff are helpful when letting you know how much time you should tan for based on your skin tone and colour

Not a bad spot to get a reasonably priced tan in a pinch. I can always walk in without much of a wait and everything you need is offered. Spotty customer service, and not the most upscale" experience compared to some - but always consistent for having my needs met."

Alright place no real issues with cleanliness but don’t expect the staff to smile or be friendly…. Or look up from their phone to even say have a nice day! on the way out.
