Charles Cathedral Housing
A co-operative that houses low income people/families. All utilities are included in the housing charge(a co-op does not call it rent) Shares must be bought( average person would call this a damage deposit) managed by a professional property company, decisions are made by a Board of directors elected by the members. Located close to all convenience's except a post office.
