previous employee, everyday i went in to work i had to put up with racist remarks and jokes and stories. My complaints were never taken seriously. When i tried to bring up thèses issues to the GM jeff Brenanan, he acted totally unprofessional and had a hissy fit and kicked an object towards me. They refuse to wear masks at the job and in customers house. Ive never worked for a company where so many things of the customer were broken by a moving company. The crew that usually shows up to move you, will be ages 70 and over. I highly recommend another company even if it is a few dollars more. They are also liars and will say anything to book the job

I reached out to Tippet-Richardson last week with an urgent request and received a response from Jeff Brennan almost immediately. A very reasonable quote was provided with several options for the moving dates, much to my relief, and the move was booked.Today a team of movers showed up right on time. All members of the team were incredibly efficient, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jeff, Caroline, Kevin and the rest of the team for making this move effortless. I will definitely call upon Tippet-Richardson again should the need arise! Seriously amazing experience.

Like another reviewer, I've been waiting over two weeks for a quote. I'm not holding my breath. The person who called me to discuss the move was very nice but this is no way to do business. I will avoid companies that outsource their moves. In this case I wanted Allied to do my move and they outsource to Tippet-Richardson.

Just like a previous review stated. Has someone come to my house and we went through everything to get a quote was told I would receive a quote shortly. 3 weeks later I called to find out what was going on. Was told my quote needed to be reviewed by a higher up and they would reach out soon and never heard back. I was not impressed. Certainly wont ever look in to or recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Super friendly. Questionable honesty as missing items in long haul move. Jewellery box with family heirlooms Vintage 5$ bill and 500$ + PVR But they packed the remote.

Our move from Ottawa to Kingston was a nighmare. Damaged furniture while in storage. There is damage to the walls and doors of our new house when the furniture was being offloaded. Now we have to wait for an assessment of the damage and a decision if they will do the repair. We cannot finish unpacking for an estimated 2-3 months. I would not recommend this company.

This company handled the local pickup today for a long distance move to another province. They were very professional, called the night before to confirm timing, showed up on time, and handled our belongings in a careful manner. No damage to walls or doorways, and delicate pieces were cushioned as required. I would highly recommend these movers.
