First off a $5 delivery charge in town that is not advertized Is not fair.We ordered the 4 for $44 box And had to put everything in the oven to actually finish cooking everything . WE ALSO Ordered extra cheese on A $30 pizza and got none! Nevermind extra! Everything was cold soggy. So between the 89.00 cost PLUS A TIP and having to cook, grate cheese AND heat up my oven IT WAS HARDLY THE TREAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE .I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, WHO ARE TRYING TO SUPPORT LOCAL.I WAS OFFERED A NEW PIZZA BUT NO THANK YOU ! THE ONE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO! Took pictures but cant seem to post them.

If I'm going to order pizza in Niverville it's going to be 311. The taste, the smell, the perfect amount of toppings, everything about their pizza just screams awesomeness. They also have a very delectable selection of Indian cuisine available. All of which has far surpassed my expectations! This place rocks!

The pizza is amazing and the people are awesome. Couldn't recommend more! My favorite is Creamy Mushroom Chicken, best pizza ever!

We ordered pizza for lunch for our office ! Everyone loved it ! And they delivered straight to our business door- every other pizza place refuses to cause we are not directly in town. !Definitely ordering again , the food was great, delivery quick and easy and no hassle. Polite and courteous staff. 5 stars for sure !

its decent pizza if you like thicker crust and some grease which is why I order but its hit or miss whether youre going to get it on time, its hit or miss whether theres enough cheese, its hit or miss whether its cooked long enough. sometimes its only 1 thing sometimes its everything that goes wrong but overall theres never been a perfect experience. i dont like calling anymore because the people taking the order always seem bothered that youre calling. Sorry I wanted pizza and you have it for sale lol thats how this is supposed to work anyways.

First time call in for delivery…..girl that answered seemed irritated that I bothered her with a phone call. Once order was done, I said “Thank you very much”, and I got “No problem *click*” ……..No “you’re welcome”, nothing……..seemed like she couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. When they come to IDC, I definitely hope the service is better…….

Outstanding customer service and best Pizza. This review is in reply to a review from TRACIEY LIVEOUTLOUD (Karen) I am a regular customer at Pizza 311. And I happen to be in store waiting for my pizza when this customer called in for complaint. I could literally hear her screaming from distance. Store manager still patiently listened to her complaint and offered her replacement and issue credit for future order or refund her $$ and apologized for the mistake multiple times, what more she wants, mistakes happen and they are willing to fix it. Not sure why people have such a low level of understanding and no patience. I feel sorry for businesses that have to deal with such ignorant people. LOVE PIZZA 311
