B & N Delivery Service

Delivered to my neighbor blocked my driveway had to leave asked him to move made me wait till he was done moving the fridge. There was Tina of room on the road in front of the house they were delivering to buy I guess they like conflict with people. told him I was going to be late for work he told me to relax I said don't park in front of my driveway. So rude.

Had a new fridge delivered. Got it to the back door after already being told that the doors wills need to he removed. Then they laid the fridge flat on the fridge cart. At that time one of the movers tripped over the cart and drove his head into to my parents cupboard and bent the handle. So now the drawer will not open properly. Upon asking him if he was alright, he responded nothing that a few beers wont cure." They left without mentioning anything about the pair. A few hours later my father then realized the fridge doors were not put back on properly. Thry had to have a service man come and repair a 1 day old fridge. LATER - they received a call asking if they could rate the service provided from 0 to 10. 0 being terrible and 10 being outstanding. My parents said 0. Thr person who called then responded with "that's unacceptable." And hung up. This is a TERRIBLE company. Do not use."

Worst moving company ever. They blocked the parking lot for 4 hours to move something and refused to move. Don't ever use these guys

They don't answer the phones ever!!!
