Just experienced racial discrimination from counter staff - white old women with short hair. When I asked about item she showed extremely un friendly manner but she’s very nice to other white guy.

These guys are really nice everytime i walk in. Some good people really do work at this location. Ive been comin here once atleast every other week to get my beer. And they have a good selection of beer. I have tried so many different beers from there that i havent even heard of before like all those craft beers for instance. Im going to be coming here for a while. Thank you all. Dont work too hard guys. Bless.

Popular place a couple lights off the 404 DVP making it a convenient stop for many on their commute. Large location with plenty of selection. Knowledgeable friendly staff which work hard to keep the shelves stocked. Usual holiday deals, minimal discounts or sales but it is alcohol so I wouldn’t expect any expect at certain times of the year. Busy parking lot, so be aware, as it is connected to a Freshco’s and Tim Horton a plaza.

Great customer service, plenty of inventory selections. Organized and clean, I exchanged 2 bottles for something I like and they honored it np. Thanks for that...they are quick barely any lineups.

A terrible customer experience, I rate it a -1. I went to return a bottle wine that I purchased a few days ago and the cashier demanded to see my ID. I had the receipt. The bottle was unopened and undamaged. Why do I have to show my ID? Doesn’t this violate privacy laws? As a comparison I have never been asked to show ID when returning something at Walmart with the receipt. The LCOB needs to do better or privatize it and let the private sector take over.

Plenty of booze here. Not the biggest location, but it has what you need. I picked up some Grolsh beer, Henessey and some wine for Christmas. The wine was some for me and some for gifting. So stop over there, pick up and drink up. In moderation of course... lol.

Convenient location with plenty parking spots. Clean & organized. Nice customer service. Not a big LCBO but great selection. We got what we needed for friends gathering.
