The 80 million dollar Minoru Centre for Active Living in Richmond BC is more than two years past its scheduled opening date of the spring of 2017. One excuse after another for the delays by SO and when it finally was going to open the main pool foundation cracks. Nothing has ben done to fix the crack and is now in legal proceedings as I assume SO is not taking full responsibility.
