China Creek Internet Services

I have used China Creek Internet for over 8 years. Never had a problem. Stream Netflix every night. VOIP calls are perfect. I am grateful to have an Internet connection in a remote area where the larger Internet companies do not want to provide service.

I have used this business at 2 locations and have had nice customer service with affordable and reliable internet. Way to go! Love small independents - and they keep connections up.

We have been customers of China Creek Internet for the past five years. We have found them to be very customer orientated and have been exceptional in any inquiries we have had over the years. We are moving shortly to another area and I wish they were there as we would certainly stay with them. Keep up the great work!

I've used China Creek for 3 years now. Good tech support, quick to solve problems, very inexpensive, fast internet...streaming: yay! Highly recommended!

In one word pathetic ". This isp will provide you with a service that's worse than dial up and I know that some of you out there will remember how bad that was. I pay over $50 a month for a promise of download speeds of at least 2.5mbs. I think I achieved that once in the last 2 years. The average is more like .5mbs. If your hoping to stream your viewing I suggest another isp."

First of all we initially had China Creek internet when we first came then the Telus optics service came here and so we bundled up to go to the Optics, hearing that the Optic wiring was something special. Well we have since changed back to China Creek. After spending hours on the phone (not exaggerated) and talking to people that hardly speak English. Three times …with no service for this.. no internet.. Oh then next week they can send someone out.. I then called China creek such a joy to hear their friendly voice. I now have such a respect of using our small local business.My internet was up and turned on that afternoon. And now feel like we totally made the right choice to go back. The service installation technician came out to make sure and made all the adjustments needed that day…Just amazing service now I so appreciate them so much more. Great service right from the receptionist to the technician. Thanks to China Creek…totally recommend them.

I live way out if town and this is the only internet service I can get. I called for about 2 weeks and i couldn't speak to anyone, always unresponsive voicemails and emails. Finally received a call back to be rudely spoken to and refused service. Really unprofessional company to work with.

It took 5 mins to load this page to leave this review, sometimes I can tell that my neighbors are downloading or watching something because my internet slows down to basically unusable. Twice this year the internet has gotten so slow that my computer and phone both reported it as not connected to the internet""

Installer was very helpful. The Super High Speed is very fast.Much better service/speeds than the other's we have had. Happy to support local.
