Darren was extremely helpful, efficient, and thorough. He showed up within the time frame provided, and was able to quickly identify the issue and provide information for how to avoid the problem again in the future. Price was extremely reasonable for the work done. Would definitely hire this company again!

Tracey Refrigeration came to install a new furnace and AC unit for us. We were so happy with the quick service they provided. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Andrew and his team were awesome and kept everything neat. We will definately recommend them to friends and family!

Our AC quit at dinner time during the August heat wave. Tracy responded the same evening and Alton was here early the next morning. Quickly found the problem was at the thermostat, and very efficiently repaired it. Very fair pricing and professional customer service.I highly recommend them.

Andrew and his colleague took their time to install and provide insightful information to ensure longetivity of my unit. We were so happy with Andrew’s work! Awesome service and communication. When we needed a new air conditoner and furnace ASAP he was quick to help us and he did an awesome job, and was happy to help us afterwards (on his personal time) to register for the warranty! Andrew is very trustworthy and professional, and we will be recommending him to our family and friends!

I hired Andrew for a service issue first but later we realized it's better to change AC unit altogether. He offered me great deal on a Nepolean AC, which I confirmed after my due diligence so we went thru with installation.He did great work and went over and beyond fixing some existing issues I had. Quality of work and price were impeccable and 10 years warranty is icing on cake.All in all I'm very satisfied with his service and will recommend him to anyone looking for honest service or replacement.

I had a ductless system recently installed by Andrew and his crew. Great experience from start to finish. Andrew was always on time and clearly explained all the options. I will highly recommend these guys! They are professional and reliable. I needed to purchase a new AC they quoted me fairly and everything was completed on time and with care. Now, that the colder weather rolled around we needed them to service our furnace and they were on time and saved us from purchasing a furnace right away.
