If I could go lower than 1, I would. Worst people to deal with on earth.

The plumber, Roger, arrived ahead of time at which point I asked him to replace my existing Moen shower faucet with one I had purchased from a local hardware store. At the start he told me that I didn't need the new faucet because the existing shower was guaranteed for life and the replacement part I needed was available. At no charge. When he returned with the part, he installed it quickly and off he went. The reason I added his name to this review is that the next time I need a plumber I will be phoning Bouffard and asking for Roger.

We had our fireplace cleaned by actually a very nice technician. Which was a nice experience. Following that appointment the women or office staff continued calling regarding the invoice, leaving voicemails ( rude tone) which was paid in full. When it came time to use the Fireplace is does not work, pilot light isn’t functional so I called to let them know I paid for a service and the fireplace doesn’t work. This is a main source of heat in our home. The women had said I couldn’t get an appointment until the end of November!If the fireplace worked after my servicing appointment that would have been one thing but I paid for a service and the serviced appliance doesn’t work. They basically stole my $250 and said sorry about your luck.That being said, I called another company.

Bad drivers

Did not have the proper snake with him, did absolutely nothing and charged me anyway. Wanted to rip up the floor which wasn’t necessary. Would never call him again.
