They have had our car for 2 full months, and have said they can't get parts for the transmission. I called the dealership and they were able to give me a quote for all of the parts, which were available right away. They never answer their phones, and they don't follow through when they say they are going to do something (like email the list of parts the car needs). They never seem to be doing work, but they're always too busy" to answer phones or emails. We've had to go in to the shop if we want a question answered

Went in for a long overdue transmission fluid change and transfer case fluid change. All went well and my transmission is smoother than ever. The first drive leaving the parking lot felt like I was driving a different car. No more lurching into gears.Professional service and very knowledgable staff made me feel confident for choosing Mister Transmission to do the job. I was going to take my car to Nissan, initially, but they didn't seem to understand that I wanted just a change and not a flush.Very fair price as well and did not charge more for changing diff fluid that I supplied.Will definitely come again for my next transmission fluid change.

Highly recommended! I wasn't sure where to take my car for a transmission repair. Had quotes from other shops, which were all around the same, but no one was offering warranty on their work more than one year even after spending so much money. Only Mr. Mandeep offered me three years warranty, which makes me assured to go forward with the repair. Mr. Wes is really knowledgeable technician and he did a fantastic job, car works like new! Incredible staff that go above and beyond for their customers. Their customer service is great and the car was done on time.

Mandy's customer service was second to none. Not only did he make sure the work they could do on our truck got done in a timely manner, but also made arrangements for other services to be completed that are outside their scope. PLUS, he took care of getting our truck there and back! Like Mandy said, we hope we don't need to see him for that truck again, but if we need transmission services for any of our other vehicles, we'll be back! Thank you for your great customer service Mandy!

Made an appointment for our 2014 Accent for what we thought was a window chip. Showed up early to drop it off and the lovely man working came out and took a peek. He explained all about how it was a pit and not a chip and it wouldn't crack. We chatted a bit about windshield costs (our other vehicle is a new CRV with a lot of sensors and stuff). He was super friendly.We went on our way but if we had issues we would definitely head here!

Scared us with very expensive repairs (more than $1000) due to transmission leakage and even the hours says open till 6 pm, he had nobody to look at my car at 5:30 pm.Visited another place and got the leakage fixed under $200. And Punjabi guy thinks all brown people are Punjabi and started talking to in his language. Would not recommend this place.
