Back in Oct 2022, this got renamed to the Frank A Cooke Bus Terminal, though Google would not accept the update. Because of the pandemic, they closed it to the public so bus drivers had more space to wait for shift changes. Now the public washrooms are open, with very little space, and the next bus board isn't working right and has to be read from outside through tinted glass over 10 ft away.

All the bus drivers are so kind and patient with me,I am a disabled man in a scooter and I have some trouble with parking it when I get on the bus but they are so kind as I fumble with the control on my scooter.THEY ARE SO KIND.

Not always on time ... But essentially reliable , I mean eventually gets me home after work everyday (Thank You!) ... But ... Could update their google maps links / apps or whatever they use to ensure more accurate bus arrival / departure times . Has been a few occasions that inaccurate info has lead to missing potentially quicker routes , resulting in longer commuting unnecessarily. Not exactly optimal after 10+ hour work day .

I have been taking the HSR for years and it has been great. But now that COVID has hit it made the rule that masks must be worn. I have been on a number of buses since and have watched the drivers let on passengers without masks or have seen passengers take them off seconds after boarding. The HSR has been great. But if you are going to put a rule in place for the safety of your driver's and the city. Make sure your staff is enforcing it.

Hello! i got a bus ride inbetween 710-720. at the 21 bus stop outside of walmart on upper james. i was using a child pass. the bus driver said maam you are using a child pass. i replied ''i know.'' ''you arent a child she replied'' i was confused why this woman was trying to tell me my age, never until today i was told a parent had to be with me while i was using my presto card. i have made atleast 20 trips with this bus pass! i am NOT! impressed!

Saturday April 20 I’m on the parkdale at 9:10 heading towards Burlington. Not sure of drivers name but he was very very friendly. I haven’t been on the bus for 10 years and he made the experience great. Need more drivers like hiim so everyone can enjoy the ride !!!

Usually good but lately the busses have been running slow. Even worse now with detours. Not near as reliable as a year ago. Quite often busses don’t show up or show up late which have made me start leaving very early when travelling to work, still sometime late! Would be great if they moved to the way they were in previous years.Edit:the busses have continued to go downhill.Late quite often or not showing up at all.I have to plan my trips with an extra half hour at the very least when going to work:(

I went to renew my 2020-2021 HSR pass & I got a surprise when I went to purchase they told me I had a rebate of $73.50 cause of COVID-19 they didn't charge passengers to ride the buses for 3 months but I had paid the whole yearly fare! Very nice cause now I bought the 2020-2021 bus fair! Love the Hamilton Hunter bus Terminal all original with their a Museum on the 2nd floor!
